What personal information we collect- Esentials.net collects personally identifiable information when you register on our site. The information collected includes the following: e-mail, name, eBay username, address, city, zip, country, IP address and other similar information. If you sign up for Esentials' services, more personal information is collected. This information may include: billing address, credit card information and more. Any comments or questions you submit are recorded as well. Also, comments about you as a seller or buyer will be collected and may be viewable by other clients. Collection of information takes place at various times while navigating Esentials' site and using its software. When entering Esentials' site, information may be collected about previous sites the person has viewed. If questions or comments have been submitted via e-mail or a forum on our Web site, personal information is collected as well.

Storage of information collected- All personal information collected is stored on server's. The servers are either ones owned by us, or by a third-party hosting company with whom we have an existing agreement regarding personal information.

How we use the information collected- The goal of collecting personal information is two-fold. We require personal information to verify that you are a valid member of eBay under the username provided. Also, this imformation is collected to make your experience at Esentials.net more rewarding. We may use such information to offer you services and products that we think you may be interested. However, all such communication will come from us, and will not be from third-parties.

To whom we disclose personal information- We take your privacy seriously. You have the right to limit the use of your e-mail address by Third parties through the "opt-out" process available to all Esentials.net members. In addition, all email correspondence sent to you by Esentials.net will offer an "unsubscribe" option.

Other information- By submitting personal information to us or using our site, you agree that we may collect and use such personal information in accordance with our privacy policy or as permitted by law. If you do not agree with these terms, do not provide any personal information to us. If you refuse or withdraw consent, or do not provide us with any necessary personal information, we may not be able to provide you with service.

Removal from our Database:

To request removal from the database, simply click on the My Account button after logging in and select the Cancel Registration button. We will be happy to remove your information immediately. Every e-mail sent to you from Esentials.net will also include a link to remove your e-mail address from the mail server. If you request that we modify or remove all of your personal information, we will promptly do so. Once your personal information has been removed you will not be able to use our services unless you re-register.

Children:

Esentials.net uses reasonable efforts not to collect, use or disclose individually identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Services are not targeted at children, and children may not register for any of the Services.

Cookies:

Esentials.net used Session ID's rather than cookies to keep you logged in. This means that no personal information about your browsing habits are being stored on your computer. As a result, any information entered on our site is not available to malicious spyware. Cookies may be used by third party advertisements on our site, but will not contain any of your information.

Third parties:

Esentials.net is not connected with ANY OTHER COMPANY, and will never ask you for your eBay password. The only third party currently associated with this site is Google AdSense (Google Advertisements). When any other agreement has been signed with Esentials.net, all members will immediately be notified of the company and their policies.

Changing of personal information:

You may edit your personal information at any time by clicking on the "My Account" tab when you are signed in to Esentials.net. All information may be changed including: address, paymet method, billing address, e-mail and more. The new information will be updated in our system and used in the collection of information when visiting Esentials.net.

Merger or Acquisition:

In the event of an acquisition or merger, all members will be notified.
